Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Rescheduling Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. Your deposit will be transferred to your new appointment date.

Refund Policy

All sales are final after service completion. Deposits are non-refundable as stated in our deposit policy. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule.
